SUMMARY
Currently, the hover text of the nm applet in the systray shows strings in this
format:
<type>: Connected to <name> <isLimited>

I suggest removing the word "Connected to" to make the hover text smaller and
look nicer with longer SSIDs. The "normal" state of networks is "connected," so
IMHO those words aren't needed in this normal state.
What do you think? (If there is a consent to do this, I can quickly do a MR)
