SUMMARY
The timer animation ons the notifications that were introduced on Plasma 5.18
LTS are not working since Plasma 5.18.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to Plasma Wayland session.
2. Open or use any software/app that generates or receives notifications
(KMail, Telegram, for example).
OBSERVED RESULT
The timer doesn't show on the cross button, since its change from the
right-side lateral of the notification.
EXPECTED RESULT
The timer should show and work properly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've been suffering this bug since the update to Plasma 5.18 LTS, where it was
revamped by Kai Uwe Broulik.
I experience the same bug on my parents' laptop, which only works under Xorg
session, so I suppose the bug is not Wayland related, but I can't tell with
that kind of security.
On my ultrabook, with a more modern iGPU by Intel, it works flawlessly (only
tested on Plasma 5.18, though, not updated to Plasma 5.19 yet).
