I've checked and re-enabled my packages after upgrading, I see the packages listed in Konsole, when I run: > sudo apt update but Discover just doesn't seem to want to list my packages. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Have an existing installation of Kubuntu 19.10 2. Upgrade to Kubuntu 20.04, via Konsole with > sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade > sudo do-release-upgrade -m desktop 3.
