SUMMARY
sort by size highlights multiple folders
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. sort by size a folder that has other folders within it.
2. click any folder within it then go up again.
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
multiple folders are selected [highlighted] and a hidden file's created
EXPECTED RESULT
only the selected folder should be highlighted when i go up

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
inorder to correcrt this behaviour, i delete the hidden file, contents of the
hidden file are as follows:
