SUMMARY
After upgrading to Plasma 5.18.90, the powerdevil icon in the system tray
disappears on each login despite having "Always show all entries" enabled. If
I go to the system tray settings, set "Battery and Brightness" to "Disabled"
and then back to "Shown when relevant", it reappears until the next login.
This happens both on a laptop and a desktop equipped with a UPS.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Plasma 5.18.90 on a system with a battery
2. Reboot or logout and back in
OBSERVED RESULT
The battery icon is not present in the system tray.
EXPECTED RESULT
The battery icon should be present in the system tray.
