Once we reliably get aware of it, its time to wipe fbo & vbo - it's what
already happens for vbo's atm, just based on a hack interpreting a GL error
(ie. when it's actually too late)

As long as we don't map the textures, that should be fine. The driver should™
be able to fix the texture ids on its own.
