STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set plasma language to pt-br
2. open system settings
3. resize system settings window to its minimum size
4. click on "Shortcuts"
OBSERVED RESULT
highlighted in red in the attached screenshot
EXPECTED RESULT
placeholder text should fit to its area regardless plasma language
