Bug ID: 421318 Summary: Media Sources View Bookmarks are not loaded correctly Product: amarok Version: 2.9.0 Platform: Ubuntu Packages OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Tools/Bookmark Manager Assignee: amarok-bugs-d...@kde.org Reporter: bomnue...@freenet.de Target Milestone: kf5 Created attachment 128353 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=128353&action=edit screenshot of bookmark settings SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. In Media Sources create at least two bookmarks for different views (filter by path and sort by tags) 2. Switch between those two bookmarks OBSERVED RESULT The files that are displayed do not match with the bookmark settings. EXPECTED RESULT The content displayed should change according to the bookmark. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Ubuntu Studio 18.04, xfce General Information: Amarok Version: 2.9.0 KDE Version: 4.14.38 Qt Version: 4.8.7 Phonon Version: 4.10.0 Phonon Backend: GStreamer (4.9.0) PulseAudio: Yes Enabled Scripts: Enabled Plugins: MySQL Collection (1.0) Universal Mass Storage Collection (1.0) UPnP Collection (1.0) Jamendo (1.0) Podcast Directory (1.0) Amarok 1.4 (FastForward) Importer (1.0) Amarok 2.x Importer (1.0) Enabled Applets: Analyzer Current Track ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - I have stored my entire collection on a NAS that is mounted via nfs. Access to media files is no problem. - I created several bookmarks, to filter the displayed files by path and to sort them by different tags. This works fine in principle, i.e. the bookmark's URL is valid in my opinion. - However when switching between bookmarks, the path filtering is usually ignored. I must repeat the process and recall the specific bookmark several times until eventually the displayed list matches the expectations. The fact the it eventually works, makes me believe that the URL is valid in principle. - Sometimes I have the feeling that pressing the "clear text" button in the search field might improve the chances that it works, but then again, I cannot see a real dependency. - I also had the impression that the first bookmark that is loaded after Amarok has started has a higher chance to be loaded correctly, but again I do not see any regularity. - This bug might be related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=336237 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
