--- Comment #4 from harald.a...@web.de --- Additional information: - *always* happens when leaving a menu by clicking in the main (middle) panel - *never* happens when leaving a menu by clicking in one of the side panels, or any other place of the digiKam window, or outside of digiKam - seems to be independent of the digiKam window size - what is drawn is a rectangle, with the top line sometimes missing, the top left corner not defined (can be anywhere in the main panel), the bottom right corner being the mouse position when clicking - to get rid of the dotted lines, you have to change what is displayed in the middle panel, e.g. by selecting a different vertical tab on the very left If I can help you with anything to find the problem please let me know.
