STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add 2 videos on 2 different timelines, both scaled in time (for example
1min)
2. Add the dissolve effect between both
OBSERVED RESULT
The dissolve effect adjust to the top video but not to beginning of the below
one
EXPECTED RESULT
Adjust to both videos
