It probably is. We're reworking resource management system right now. Hopefully
it will be fixed in Krita 5.0. We'll leave it here for now as CONFIRMED so we
know it needs to be checked before we release the new version.
To work around, you should be able to restart Krita after enabling the bundle
and see your tags and brushes again.
