As Kubuntu 20.04 is due to be released this week I am going to upgrade and test with version 3.0.4 from Kubuntu 20.04 archive soon. My current impression from version 3.0.2 on Kubuntu 19.10 is good. Opening files from a mounted smb-share with Libreoffice and especially saving with Libreoffice to the smb-shares is O.K.
