I am Houdini ;) I changed the window title font to something else and the "raised" window titlebar - of Thunderbird/Xwayland in my case - became invisible. If I doubleclick the title bar (to get the window contents back) it is visible again. Sometimes this font changing crash plasmashell and leave the titlebar visible.
