STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start plasmashell with a panel
2. Right-click on the panel
3. Select "Edit panel"
OBSERVED RESULT
Crashes.
KCrash log too long to fit into a bugzilla comment; will attach
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel can be edited
