SUMMARY
On a Plasma Wayland session with Latte using the Unity layout or a similar
layout supporting borderless windows, dragging the window using the top panel
will result in the mouse moving to the center of the window instead of the
title bar.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Plasma Wayland session.
2. Use Unity layout.
3. Drag maximized window by using top panel.
OBSERVED RESULT
The window is dragged by the titlebar.
EXPECTED RESULT
The window is dragged by the center of the window (like Meta+Drag).
