Summary: Saved session not getting restored correctly
           Product: ksmserver
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: k...@davidedmundson.co.uk
          Reporter: devguy...@gmail.com
                CC: plasma-b...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY

"Restore previous session" and "Restore manually saved session" fail to save
all open windows. I am currently saving my session manually and I notice some
application fail to restore after session is saved and a reboot is performed.

Also with multiple desktop, some of the browser window don't open in the
respective desktop. For firefox multiple browser windows will open in the same
desktop.

Failing to restore for me are following that fail to reopen on new session.

1. Konsole
2. VSCode Insider (https://code.visualstudio.com/insiders/)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Setting -> Start up & shutdown -> Desktop session -> Restore manually saved
session
2. Setting -> Virtual Desktop -> Create 4 desktops
3. Open Konsole, multiple instance of vscode (desktop1)
4. Open multiple firefox on different desktops
5. From desktop toolbar -> Leave -> Save Session
6. Reboot system

OBSERVED RESULT

Konsole instances fail to re-open
VSCode instances fail to re-open
Firefox instances seem to get restored to wrong desktops

EXPECTED RESULT

Add saved windows in session should re-open in the respective desktop.
