With Turkish locale settings, I can not connect to a directory, which is shared
using samba, under Windows operating system.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Kubuntu with Turkish local or change system locale to Turkish either
via command line or system settings application.
2. Enter the URL of a directory shared using samba
OBSERVED RESULT
If I try to open a directory shared using samba by entering its URL to
Dolphin's location bar, I get this message:
EXPECTED RESULT
If the URL of a directory shared using samba is entered to the location bar of
Dolphin, that directory should be opened regardless of system's locale
language.
