SUMMARY
svg transform for selected object doesnt work when are there others objects,
and trasform only layer.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add svg layer
2. create an square object.
3. create other square object.
4. select an squere object.
5. click on transform tools.
OBSERVED RESULT
it transforms only layer, doesn't the selection.
EXPECTED RESULT
it should transforms only the selection.

Linux/GNOME: Ubuntu 19.04
Qt Version: 5.12
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The executable is an Appimage format file.
