Closing this issue and #417063 since they were both related.
I reloaded the desktop with a new install so I cannot investigate further but
if someone is having a similar issue, it could do some additional
investigation.
PS: There should be a "Cannot replicate/Not confirmed" status/substatus for
this type of cases.
