SUMMARY
I'm trying to center paint layers, but it seems only vector layers have access
to the align function.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put circle on paint layer
2. try to center layer
3. alignment docket is inaccessible
OBSERVED RESULT
No way to center paint layer
EXPECTED RESULT
Be able to center ANY layer type created
