SUMMARY
This issue affects both Arch Linux (Plasma 5.18.1) and Neon instable edition.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings
2. switch between the kcms available and observe their titles
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
we can notice KMCs titles of different sizes.
Watching my attached screen recording we can compare
the titles of "Autostart" and "Background services" KCMs.
