This is expected. The "Open Terminal" action comes from Dolphin, which does not
know what terminal might be embedded. It is probably a Konsole-based terminal,
but at some point in the future it could be something else. Also, even though
the embedded terminal fomes *from* Konsole, technically speaking it is not
Konsole. Konsole is a standalone app. So using a generic term makes sense here
IMO.

However the menu item comes from Konsole, which has to use its real name so you
know what app will open the file. Imagine that you had both Konsole and
gnome-terminal installed and both of them exposed an action called "Run in
Terminal." You wouldn't know which app it would open in!
