If you choose import images, a file dialog will appear. This can look
different, in the AppImage there is a simple Qt dialog, under a native digiKam
version it can be a KF5 file dialog that looks similar to Dolphin. Then comes
the actual digiKam import tool. There you can set a filter in the status bar
and also filter out video files. Activate the display of all files again.
