STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings and maximize its window
2. open input devices > mouse
3. unmaximize system settings window
OBSERVED RESULT
layout of Mouse kcm breaks and unneccessary horizontal scroll bar is activated.

EXPECTED RESULT
layout of Mouse kcm should not break and horizontal bar should not be
activated.
