All the areas which ruins editing with a maximized window.
SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click in a place very close to the timeline's "zoom level adjuster" and drag
it anywhere. Due to the adjuster's "hitbox" being small, it's pretty easy to
hold and drag the maximized window around
