--- Comment #28 from Matt Kovacs <koma...@hotmail.com> ---
Hi, I am running Manjaro-KDE-Vanilla which installs git versions of KDE
packages, so I am basically on a Plasma environment built from source. I have
the default Breeze Plasma theme. The issue might be more widespread than a Neon
packaging issue.
It also seems to be related to the System Tray applet.
After updating Latte (rebuilding from sources), it crashed for me. One of my
Latte docks had a systemtray in it.
When I tried to rebuild my Latte layout from scratch, it immediately crashed
after adding System Tray.
When I added a Default Plasma panel (I had none since I was using Latte
instead) from desktop context menu, Plasma immediately crashed.
After removing the System Tray applet manually from the appletsrc file found in
~/.config, Plasma worked just fine. When I added the System Tray applet to the
panel, Plasma immediately crashed.
Adding System Tray to the desktop results in a crash.
