Arch with Qt 5.14
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > account details > user manager
2. click on "+" button on bottom
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
placeholder texts are not grayed out.
Compare the screenshots of Arch with Qt 5.14 (affected) and neon unstable
edition with Qt 5.13.2.
EXPECTED RESULT
Placeholder texts are always grayed out
