SUMMARY
I have some items that were encrypted by an Ubuntu system (Kgpg version
19.04.3), when trying to decrypt them using my arch machine (kgpg version
19.12.1) I get a "Decryption of this file failed"
If I encrypt something with 19.12.1 then the Ubuntu system running 19.04.3 has
no problem decrypting.
It is only the newer package can not decrypt older version.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. encrypt files with 19.04.3
2. try to decrypt with 19.12.1
3. error decrypting
