even though dialog settings window is drawing as background
"dialogs/background" the shadows applied to it through PanelShadows singleton
class is
"widgets/panel-background". This could result in misplaced shadows as described
at: https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/materia-kde/issues/71
