SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be using Pop!_OS 19.04 OR 19.10
2. Try to browse device
3. enegrma (archive manager) will try to open /run/user/1000/{mounted folder}
OBSERVED RESULT
enegma to open the folder
EXPECTED RESULT
thunar to open the folder
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: Pop!_OS 19.04 or 19.10/ xfce 4.14
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version:
KDE Frameworks Version: 4:19.04.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I am using a custom script to manually launch kdeconnect indicator and
kdeconnectd, however this didn't had any effect on the issue
