I literally did in December and it just got published now. :) I still can't
find it listed on the Opera store, though...
However, thanks to their amazingly tedious review process, they missed the
deadline for Plasma 5.17.5 and because for whatever reason the extension ID is
different (despite having been signed with the same key!) I'll have to
whitelist the extension for Plasma 5.18.
