Thank you for your answer.

I filled the missing information in the bug template.

I use KDE plasma as desktop environment.

I enabled qt debugging with the command:
export QT_LOGGING_RULES="qt.*.debug=true; qt.io.debug=false"

I then ran the command
kdeconnect-sms

the shell output is :
