I have a MTS Mblaze dongle and i am using kubuntu 16.04.
After inserting the dongle no new connection shows up even though it is being
detected as a modem.
I am able to create a new mobile broadband connection successfully, but even
after creating it, i can't see it under available connections.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Insert dongle
2.create new mobile broadband connection
3.remove and reinsert dongle
4.Check available connections.

Actual Results:
The created mobile broadband connection does not show up on clicking the
widget, only some other wifi connections are shown.

Expected Results:
A new connection should have popped up saying mobile broadband
