SUMMARY
after closing the settings it gets locked in the rearrange mode
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open the dock settings
2. close dock settings
3. and the rearrange mode should still be there
OBSERVED RESULT
rearrange mode is still on
EXPECTED RESULT
fading out like the settings menu
