With 4.2.8 Windows portable .zip on Windows 10, I do get this to some extent
when using the stylus but not when using the mouse.
With the Dec 05 4.3.0 prealpha Windows portable .zip on Windows 10, I don't see
it much and the zoom is quite smooth.
With the 4.2.8 appimage on Linux, I see quite bad zoom lag with the mouse and
very bad zoom lag with the stylus. It's worse if you move the mouse or stylus
quickly.
When this happens, one core goes up to 100% load for about 10 seconds.
(I can't get the latest 4.3.0 prealpha appimage due to ongoing problems with
the kde nightly build download site.)
