This has nothing to do with this extension.
Please report this to your distribution or Firefox which still to this day
don't have proper native file dialog support.
I actually have the issue on neon that the KDE file dialog does not show at all
when I run it with GTK_USE_PORTAL=1, only the Gnome one works.
