SUMMARY
If the Konsole plugin tool view is opened using the mouse or a keyboard
shortcut the focus is still on the editor.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Focus the editor
2. Click on the Konsole tool view
3. Try to type something
OBSERVED RESULT
The tool view is opened but you still type in the editor, not the terminal.
To type in the terminal you have to click inside of it first.
EXPECTED RESULT
You can directly type in the terminal.
