SUMMARY
Language chooser flashes.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System settings / Regional settings / Language / Add language...
2. Language chooser dialog flashes.
3. If the window is not maximized, the dialog shows normal. (Calculate dialog
size is wrong?)
OBSERVED RESULT
Language chooser dialog flashes.
EXPECTED RESULT
Dialog not flashes.
