--- Comment #7 from patrickrif...@protonmail.com --- Changing the cursor theme does work fine. And changing my cursor theme has immediately generated the file with the correct contents. Normally on a clean install of Plasma on Arch I don't need to set my cursor theme as Breeze appears to be the default so I suspect that file was never generated in the first place.
