kscreen_backend_launcher log

SUMMARY

It appears that ever since I upgraded from my previous Plasma global version,
kscreen has become unable to remember my settings :

2 monitors, one Full HD panel set vertically, left of 1 WQHD panel, set
horizontally.

Kscreen repeatedly, across reboots, sleep sessions and even by itself during
inactivity periods on the desktop when the monitor enters sleep, looses the
configuration and brings back a bad one, where the left monitor overlaps with
the right one.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start a Plasma session

OBSERVED RESULT
* Display layout is always incorrect

EXPECTED RESULT
* Display layout loads user config and is correct
