STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. open k3b, click "More actions..." button > "New video CD project" 2. download attached kde_vcd_vídeo.mpg file and add it to the vcd project in K3b (a warning appears, click on "Ok" button) 3. click on "Burn" button, check "Only create image" option, click on "Start" button.
