This must be off by default. Double-click + drag on a touchpad is a universal
action to select objects. I use this in multiple applications across KDE and
Windows.
The nonstandard behavior proposed here would screw my workflow. It makes
dolphin behave differently than nearly ever app that allows selection of
objects.
