Looks like this is not actually fixed. The reporter is asking for the body of
the notification itself to open KMail or bring it to the front hen clicked.
This is what virtually all other apps do, and the KDE community voted for
Consistency as one of the long-term goals, so I think we should consider
implementing the requested feature.
