Aleksey Kontsevich, looks that you are affected by separate issues, we need to
investigate each application separately. Can you check the following, for each
application affected:
* Is the application running after session restore? Please verify in system
monitor. It is possible that application was not correctly restored.
* Right click on system tray arrow (or empty area), open system tray settings.
In "Elements" list, is the application listed?
* When icon is visible, kill xembedsniproxy - is the tray icon still visible?
Which version of Plasma, KDE Frameworks and Qt are you using?
