Deadkey not working in many application under Wayland
Deadkey like "é ê" impossible to entered in some applications like Firefox,
Chrome, Gvim. But it is working under KDE application like Kate, Konsole, etc.
Please advise if it is issue of Wayland or third part application. Thanks
