Hi,

${HOME}/.config/skroogerc means for you /home/dave/.config/skroogerc

Your screen capture is the directory where the source code of Skrooge is
stored.
If you build (make) and install (sudo make install) skrooge. This directory is
no more necessary because Skrooge is now installed on your system.

So, now, you just have to launch skrooge and use file/open to open your
document. Skrooge documents can be saved where you want (HD, USB drive, ...).
