SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change scaling value to fractional value (like 1.2 or 1.8).
2. Move XWayland window to south-east quadrant of display.
3. Try to click on element.
OBSERVED RESULT
Click not registered.
EXPECTED RESULT
Click registered.
