SUMMARY Right-click on desktop or system tray does nothing
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-click on any part of the screen.
2. Right-click on panel.
3.
OBSERVED RESULT Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT When right-clicking on desktop, the
logout/widgets/configure-desktop/etc. menu should appear.
When on panel, the panel menus do. The configure-panel icon (bottom right) is
also missing.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The right-clicking on screen part has happened before, but was fixed quickly.
The panel part I wasn't aware of, probably didn't happen.
This has been happening for almost a week, no fix, I'm reporting it.
