I'm sorry, but this is not a bug in Krita, but an issue with the Huion driver
or windows settings, since it goes away if you reinstall your system. I don't
have a system with a huion to check, but with Wacom drivers this is the
problem:
https://docs.krita.org/en/user_manual/drawing_tablets.html#wacom-double-click-sensitivity-straight-starts-of-lines,
so it would be best to check whether Huion has a similar settting.
