This is needed for Okular's settings dialog so that all the icons can be
colorful. The current monochrome icon used by Okular is `draw-freehand`, which
depicts a pencil drawing a curved line. We could re-use that iconography for
the colorful version, or create a more annotation-specific colorful version and
and an accompanying monochrome version (`edit-annotate`?).
